Throwback Clip Of The Week: Aubrey Graham Before He Was Drake!

Nike Bespoke AF1 - Marcus Troy

Renowned blogger, Marcus Troy, recently visited the Bespoke studio at 21 Mercer and seriously went in on the Air Force 1. In his video, Troy documented the process of creating a Bespoke more thoroughly than any yet have. The video, however, lacked one element, the final product. But, now that Troy has received his Bespoke in the physical, we have images of this 1 of 1 AF1.
Troy chose to drape his shoe with the newest materials that had arrived at the studio. As a result, these AF1s sport Kevlar, waterproof denim, rubberized leather, turquoise suede, metallic patent leather, and Loopwheeler cotton. The upper is laced with waxed laces and sits on a turquoise Air Max midsole.

adidas Desert Boot

adidas is bringing us something new, and yet old at the same time, with this dress sneaker Desert Boot. The sole comes straight off of the Rod Laver model, while the upper maintains a more refined chukka style.
The tan pair uses an all suede upper with a matching-colored sole. As for the blue pair, suede is mixed with a woven textile on the tongue and toe. A white sole finishes off this pair. Finally, a third option is available with the black suede and gum brown combination. Perforated stripes are used in place of sewn-on versions, adding the subtle look these maintain.

Vans “Samil” Pack

Last time we saw the Vans Half Cab, it was sporting a green and black colorway alongside a matching Era in the “Perforated” Pack. This time, it’s wearing red and has taken a new partner in the Sk8 Hi, forming the Fall/Winter “Samil” Pack.
The Half Cab uses red and black nubuck on the uppers, filling in the gaps with a textile material in a black and white granulated print. The same print appears on the Sk8 Hi, but the red cloth liner has been replaced with a leather one. The upper red nubuck is gone, too. Both pairs sit on a white vulcanized sole with a black accent stripe and toe panel, but then again, what did you expect for these classic Vans silhouettes.
Add this pack to the long list of Vans having just released or releasing soon, right next to the Supreme x Vans Pack and the complete Fall Classics lineup, which could call for some decision-making. Do these make it on to your list of must-haves for the coming future? Heads to the comments section and weight in.

Nike Air Force 1 MX iD by Adam Sofa

Adam Sofa’s no stranger to hot Nike Air Force 1 iDs. Many of you will remember his first go around with the iD program at 21 Mercer, thanks to the well-received “Nike Air Force 1 iD x Air Yeezy” we saw awhile back. This time around, Adam drew inspiration from something he relies on every day, as his Limb Girdle Muscular Dystrophy limits his mobility. These were designed via iChat from his home with design cues from his scooters.
The blue patent Swoosh represents the shiny blue scooter he uses, while the other one is red. To represent that, Hot Red is used on the outsole and liner. Matte Silver suede is the choice material for the construction of the uppers, which was taken from the grey of the tires his scooters ride on. The whole scheme was thought up by Adam when he was without a scooter for 2 weeks and realized his dependency on them, and explains the “No Scooters” laser engraved on the keychain.
